Kathy Ventura

Founder & CEO

Kathy Ventura founded VenturaFinn to provide a more agile and transparent search process and superior outcomes to her clients. Her experience recruiting brand, digital, and performance marketing leaders has led to frequent assignments for PE-backed, multi-location consumer services companies and emerging consumer brands in personal care, beauty, and retail. Kathy has also recruited corporate marketing and communications leaders to alternative investment and professional services firms. She started her career at Russell Reynolds as a member of the Consumer and Retail practices, leading marketing and general management searches for Fortune 500 companies including Morgan Stanley, Disney, AT&T, Comcast, and Estee Lauder.

Chloe Hughes

Principal

An experienced researcher and project manager, and a highly effective communicator, Chloe applies her know-how in organization, client service and data analysis to elevate the search experience for both our clients and candidates. Her colleagues rely on her for her intuition about people, her business judgment, and her sense of urgency and she helps us achieve  impactful placements that shape organizational success. Chloe enjoys moving at a fast pace while continually raising standards of quality in everything she takes on and she brings keen insight and a sense of humor to the team every day.

In addition to her work with Ventura Finn, Chloe has worked in the graphic and creative design, financial management and leadership coaching industries, to name a few. She has applied her skillset in operations to plot routes through all things process, data and project management.

His expertise in performance-focused, data-driven marketing has helped our clients validate/refine their GTM strategies. This enables us to more precisely identify the optimal skills, experience and culture profile of the best candidate and significantly increases the probability of a successful hire. Now leading his own agency, Brantley was previously a founder and leader of Wunderman Thompson’s global GTM and performance marketing COE and CEO/CMO of a successful entrepreneurial consumer products company.
